PARCHMNT is operated by LUISTRO, LLC. This notice describes the information used to provide the website and writing app at parchmnt.app. Contact hello@parchmnt.app with privacy questions or requests.
Information used by the service
When you create an account, we store your account email, authentication information, workspace membership and subscription status. The app also stores the brand details, notes, articles, images, plans and reports you choose to add, along with usage records needed to enforce your plan and operate the service.
Our hosting and security services process technical information such as network addresses, browser information, requests and errors to deliver the app, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems.
Writing and AI providers
To perform an AI feature, PARCHMNT sends the relevant prompt, notes, brand information, article text or selected source material to the configured provider. These providers include Google Gemini, Anthropic and OpenAI; additional visibility engines may be available when connected. Web research and visibility checks may send search questions or public business details to search services.
PARCHMNT does not train its own models on your writing. Provider processing and retention follow the applicable API service terms. Only submit information you are authorized to use and share for the requested feature.
Connected accounts and publishing
Connecting a publishing platform lets PARCHMNT perform the publishing actions you request. Connection credentials and Google refresh tokens are encrypted before storage. Disconnect a service in the app to stop using that connection, and revoke access with the provider when appropriate.
If you connect Google Search Console, PARCHMNT requests your Google account email and read-only Search Console access. It uses the selected property's search queries, pages, clicks, impressions and ranking metrics to display reports and recommend content improvements. Relevant performance summaries may be included in a content-improvement request to an AI provider. PARCHMNT does not use this Google data for advertising or to train general-purpose AI models.
PARCHMNT's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Google's access through your Google account permissions.
Billing and account emails
Stripe processes payments and stores payment details. PARCHMNT stores the customer and subscription references needed to manage your plan; it does not receive your full card number. Resend delivers account, confirmation and subscription emails using your email address and the information needed for that message.
Product analytics and browser storage
We use PostHog to measure visits, navigation, feature usage, errors, sign-ups and subscription conversions. Signed-in activity is associated with an account identifier. Analytics exclude passwords, credentials, article text and form input values; private link tokens and URL query strings are removed. Session recording is disabled.
The app uses browser storage for authentication and analytics identifiers. Browser privacy controls or content blockers may limit analytics. Authentication storage is needed to stay signed in.
Service providers and sharing
Infrastructure providers include Supabase for authentication and application data, Vercel for hosting, Cloudflare for domain services, Stripe for billing, Resend for email and PostHog for analytics. Data is shared with these services to operate their respective features. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country.
Content is published to another website or made available through a shareable report when you use those features. Workspace members can access information permitted by their role. We do not sell your content or Google account data.
Retention and your choices
Account and workspace information is retained while needed to provide the service. Billing, security and backup records may remain as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, service integrity or legal obligations. To request access, correction, export or deletion, email hello@parchmnt.app from your account address. We may need to verify account ownership before acting.
We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version.
